There are many things I wish I was...

A mangaka.
An athletic person.
A snare/quints drummer.
A colorguardie.
Japanese.

But there is one thing I'm pretty sure I won't be for a very long time until my training is complete.

An anime artist.

I wish, but it's going to be a very long time before I'm anywhere near that good with computers and lineart and general human forms.

Hence, I'm reverting back to what I know I'm good at.

Words.

Specifically, poetry. Maybe some prose if I'm a good girl and actually stick with something.

Ahh, words. Like painting a picture with vocabulary. Something I wish I could do for the rest of my life.

But unfortunately, this is 21st century America, not 18th century France or 17th century Japan. And I sure as crap am not Basho.

But I can try, no?
